If I am unable to answer this number please leave a message and I will ring you back as soon as I am able. This number and voicemail are confidential. If I think I may be able to help we can arrange an assessment consultation which involves meeting  for about an hour. The fee for this initial consultation will be £60.00. Based on the outcome of the first consultation we may make arrangements to meet again to continue the consultation.   If individual psychotherapy is recommended and you agree to working with me we can then agree fees and a date and a time for starting. The day and time agreed will be a regular weekly slot. 

If I do not think I can provide you with the help you need I will try to make an alternative recommendation as to where you might obtain more appropriate help.
